Generally a claimant will accept the payment schedule even when it is less than the claimed amount. Any reasons provided by the respondent for withholding claimed amounts will be addressed and the money included in the next payment claim.
However receipt of the payment schedule does not guarantee payment and some respondents have been known not to pay by the due date.
